Photo of the Week

“Reid Vapor Pressure” (RVP) is a technical term integral to petroleum engineering that refers to the volatility of gasoline at various ambient temperatures.  The U.S. Senate’s “Reid Vapid Pressure” (S-RVP) refers to the intellectual volatility of the Senate majority leader from Nevada; it measures the ratio of his IQ to ambient room temperature.  I am reliably informed that the S-RVP ratio is always well below 1.0.

In any case, the photo below, brought to us courtesy of our friends at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, captures the essence of Reid and liberal crony capitalism better than any op-ed in recent years.

Lots of open space inside the Senate leader's head, too.
