Washington Post opinion writer Chuck Lane apparently concurs with David Bernstein’s 40 questions for the international media in Gaza, posted on the Volokh Conspiracy site hosted by the Post itself. The Post seems to concur that these are important questions, but advises us not to expect any answers. One question for Chuck Lane: Why?

A few more questions: Aren’t you in a rather good position to get answers? Are the Post’s reporters and editors unavailable for comment? Has a cat got their tongue? What gives?
I gather from Lane that the Post at least acknowledges the questions. On this front we have yet to hear from CNN, FOX News Channel, the Wall Street Journal and the rest of the American media with their men in Gaza.
