The Week in Pictures: A Bit Red in Helsinki Edition

It finally came back to me. Monty Python had a sketch way back when that involved a made-up entity that is a perfect headline for this week—the “Institute of Going in Bit Red in Helsinki,” in which a Dr. Carl Gruber (related to Hans?) tests embarrassing words and phrases on people, such as “Wankel rotary engine.” (You can take in the sketch here.) If the sketch was updated, you’d have to add “Donald Trump in Helsinki” as an embarrassing moment. Fortunately for Trump, liberals can’t help themselves, and have decided to embarrass themselves even worse in reaction. From the liberal reaction, you’d think the Germans had bombed Pearl Harbor again.

Headlines of the week:

Now this really sounds like the “friendly skies!”

Well this is a relief. No Skynet after all.

Nice when eminent domain abuse becomes a Jeopardy question.

This time ICE has gone too far!

Has to be California.

Okay, since readers insist on cat pics to go along with dog pics, I’ll post another cat pic. But under protest.

Dog of the week:

And now for. . .

And finally. . . One more encore from Kaitlin Bennett:
